1. register and reserve storage space
- Go to the website wine-wallet.at
- Click on "Test now" and create your Wine Wallet.
- Choose a Wine storage package, that corresponds to the amount of wine you would like to store with us in the long term.
- This quantity is reserved for you in the warehouse.
- Note: Overstocking is only possible as long as there is still space available in our warehouse.
- Confirm your e-mail address by clicking on the link we sent you by e-mail.

2. add your wine to your private inventory
Before you can store your wine, it must be part of your private stock at Wine Wallet . You have two options for this:
Option 1: Discover wines
Click on "Discover wines" in the menu and find your wine in our extensive database.
As soon as you have found it, add it to your "private storage at home".
Option 2: Add your own wines
- Use the "Add" field via the quick actions to create a new wine. You will be guided through the process step by step.
- Example: "Château Margaux"
- Alternatively, you can use the "Add wine" button directly on your dashboard.
3. start the storage
As soon as your wine is in private stock, you can take it to the Wine Wallet warehouse. This is how it works:
- Click on "Quick actions" and on "Register storage"
Select the wines you want to store from your private stock under "Add wine" on the right. - Select shipping option:
As soon as the list of wines is complete, click on "Next". Now you can decide:- Organize it yourself: You take care of the shipping, for example via an online store or a winemaker.
- Collection by Wine Wallet: We collect the wines directly from you.
Follow the instructions to complete the storage process. Make sure that all details are correct.
4. send wines from the free market to your Wine Wallet
Of course, you can also send wines directly from a webshop or winery to your Wine Wallet warehouse.
Option 1: Enter an alternative shipping address in the external web store
To see the address of your Wine Wallet store, click on "View my Wine Wallet address" on the dashboard.
You can send this address to your wine merchant. We will then accept the wine order and take care of the perfect storage.
Important: Please let us know if a wine delivery is on its way!
- Send us the order confirmation or a PDF (delivery bill or invoice) by e-mail:wine-wallet
- Once the wines have arrived, we will confirm receipt and tell you that all the wines have arrived safely
- We then digitize and inventory the wines for you
