You have an eye for detail and a heart for great wines?
At our company, you ensure that our stocks are always optimally maintained, data is managed cleanly and our collectors always have an overview.
Your tasks:
Digitization of wine deliveries
You bring wine collections into the digital age and help to make physical movements transparent and traceable.
Management of wine inputs and outputs
You keep track of all deliveries and deliveries and make sure that every wine finds its place.
Data maintenance in CMS & optimization of wine data
You carefully maintain our wine data, constantly optimize it for our end customers and ensure that every bottle is correctly recorded in the system.
Further development of the Wine Wallet platform
You will work closely with our development team to continuously improve our web application - with your ideas from the field. Organization of pick-ups & transports
You coordinate transports and collections reliably - for smooth logistics and satisfied customers.
What you bring with you:
✅ Relevant training or experience in the wine sector, e.g. in a winery, with a wine merchant or as a sommelier / sommelière
Driving license class B and your own car so that you can flexibly organize transports and pick-ups
✅ Confident in using a PC - you can quickly find your way around CMS programs (e.g. Hubspot) and ideally have experience with image editing
✅ Enjoy digital tools and processes to continuously improve our workflows
✅ Accuracy and a soft spot for numbers & (wine) data
✅ Enthusiasm for wine and the world of wine collecting
✅ Personal responsibility & hands-on mentality - you get stuck in, think for yourself and contribute your ideas
