If you pick up your order from Wine Wallet , we will be happy to take care of the transport insurance. In the case of self-delivery, you can take out insurance at the delivery point (e.g. post office).

What is the difference between normal household contents insurance and wine insurance?
As a rule, household contents insurance does not cover wine collections or wines as special valuables. Wine insurance is specially tailored to wines and offers comprehensive protection for your collection.
Can I insure any type of wine?
Yes, we insure not only red, white and rosé wines, but also champagne, sparkling wines and vintage bottles - just as you wish.
What are my wines insured against?
Your wines are insured against breakage, theft, fire damage and flood damage.
Are my wines also insured against wine defects?
Wine is a natural product. We cannot influence how the wine develops. This means that your wines are not insured against wine faults or incorrect developments.
